Public Arrest Reports
We come into contact with all sorts of people in our daily life. There would be people we deal with whose backgrounds are unknown to us and we can accept that that’s part and parcel of modern living. Having that said, we also don’t want to leave it completely to chance when it comes to the kind of characters we keep company with, whether or not they are of our own choice or picking.
Many things about us are put into records. Public Arrest Reports are distinctive from other categories of crime-related public records in that all detention or enforced custody of any kind by authorities including the Military are entered and will remain as records regardless of the outcome of the arrest. That means dropped charges, acquittals, plea bargains, reasonable doubt and other situations that avoided conviction or incarceration will also be captured.
