Our New Alarm System
My family lives in a small two bedroom home in a bad neighborhood. We have talked for a long time about getting an alarm system, but didn’t want to drill any holes in the walls. You see, our friends have an ADT home security system and they had to drill holes in the walls in order to install it. Our home is a townhouse, however, which means that it is connected to the house next door. If we drilled through the wall, I’m pretty sure they’d complain. We were going to give up on the idea and just get some sort of large dog with teeth, but my husband found the article “How to Pick the Best Alarm System for Your Home.” It was really helpful and informative about what kinds of security systems were out there and what we needed to consider. Now, we know we can get a wireless system. That one fact has made all the difference in the world!
