Most people want to lose weight to change their physical appearance for the better, but the biggest problem with obesity is not your appearance but the strain that excess weight is having on you major organs. Sure, it’s great to look good, and if you look good you feel good too, and these are all contributory to your general wellbeing, but the immediate dangers of being overweight are the potential harmful physical problems that can be directly related to obesity. Exercise fitness and healthy eating plans should not be an option, but a must-do for anyone who cares about themselves. It’s ironic that many of us treat our cars better than we treat our own bodies. Think about that!
