When it comes to the real estate market, it is important to get the best deal possible for your money. Don’t just jump into something because the housing market is down and you think you can swing the payments of a larger home. If you need a larger home, consider a pre-foreclosure. When my husband and I first started looking for Santa Clarita homes, we looked only at the pre-foreclosures. Why? Because we knew we would find the best deal that way.
