The most common type of arthritis is Osteoarthritis which is commonly known as Degenerative arthritis. This disease found mostly in older people which primarily affects the cartilage. The symptoms of this disease are the chronic pain; stiffness of the muscle causes immovability and others that affect the hands, feet, spinal cord, hips and knees. According to the recent study, conducted internationally, smaller in height people are more prone to arthritis and was described that short stature increased risk of osteoarthritis. For older people arthritis pain and inflammation can’t be avoided but this can be managed through exercise, medication, weight-management, and nutrition.
