You should make sure you eat foods that you’re food can easily digest such as eating vegetables, fruits, nuts & seeds, lean meats, etc. You should eat as many clean sources as possible to ensure that your body will absorb the nutrients, which your body can then use to help your body to burn fat and speed up your metabolism. If you don’t focus on eating properly, then it doesn’t matter what you do or don’t do, you won’t lose weight.
