In may 2002 he popularized link text analysis with the introduction of OptiLink, a tool that revolutionized SEO. Then again in 2002 he introduced what he calls Dynamic Linking as a means to conserve and concentrate Google PageRank.

In the time I've known Leslie what I've found is that he is really good at boiling down and explaining complex search engine ideas so that we can use them to actually get pages ranked.

While the discussion can go pretty deep and complex Leslie has a great talent for making this info understandable for even a beginner! If you have 90 minutes - give it a listen! Or two!
